● Perform the redesign of safety signage and precautions.
● Coordinate with all service providers and sub-contractors for building, facilities & equipments.
● Perform monthly preventive maintenance of all electrical/mechanical/fire supressions facilities and equipments.
● Monitor the mechanical, electrical, sanitary and environmental aspect of the company.
● Troubleshoot & Repair Building Facility Equipment.
● Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
● Design structure for facility improvement.
● Evaluate/monitor/recommend machine improvement.
● Conduct Awareness Training on Safety & Safety Audit.
