Mitsuba Philippines Corporation (MPC) is affiliate of Mitsuba Corporation located at 2681, 1-Chrome, Hirosawa-Cho, Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. Mitsuba Corporation was born in Kiryu City in Gunma Prefecture as Mitsuba Electric Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in the spring of 19486, when the war had ended.
Mitsuba Philippines Corporation is registered with the Security Exchange Commission on October 10, 1996 and listed in ther Philippines Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) on October 14, 1996. ITs first operation was at CEPZA-Rosario (Plant 1) from January 1997 up to January 1998. On February 1998, its operation was transferred at First Cavite Industrial Estate, Brgy. LangkaaN, Dasmariñas Cavite.
On July 31, 2009, MPC absorbed the MMPC (MPC2) Located at First Cavite Industrial Estate, Brgy. Langkaan, Dasmariñas Cavite, Philippines & MMPC (MPC3) located at Lima Technology Center Special Economic Zone, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines.
