● Issuance of production tickets and computation of working time.
● Check and confirm the set up, machine setting and jigs to be used before start of production or every change model.
● Request/receive material and prepare critical parts.
● Monitor checksheets to assure good quality products to achieve target output.
● Coordinate/Inform with maintenance Engineer for any machine abnormalities.
● Perform initial investigation if there are quality problem such as process reject, lot out.
● Conduct actual checking and monitoring of assembly line.
● Update production monitoring data and encode daily production reports , etc..
● Control of lot management, verification of reject and checking of finished goods before endorsement.
● Responsible in Requisition/Receiving of Indirect Production Supplies.
● Attend meeting & perform other task assigned by his/her superiors.
● Conduct line assembly meeting.
● Assist line trial if there is new models or any change of point/non-conformance in the process.
● Prepare training plan and conduct training, verify and evaluate job performance of associates.
● Preparation of manpower working schedule.
● Responsible in actual couting of parts during inventory and assist variance investigation.associates.
