● Conduct investigation in case of non-conforming product (in-process reject, lot-out and Customer claim).
● Conduct capability study in case of new product, model, parts, and machines/jigs.
● Evaluate material, jigs, packaging etc. as per request from supplier.
● Perform trial evaluation in case of line improvement.
● Perform Functional test / periodical checking.
● Supply documents needed for PPAP.
● Conduct daily checking of process & product parameters, line condition and associates performance every shift.
● Prepare product and process inspection check sheet, reject control chart, parts breakdown and process verification.
● Prepare limit and dummy sample for production use and conduct assessment at planned interval.
● Check initial production parts (IPP) and provide inspection result.
